1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to AI World, the official AI tool library developed and maintained by EchoBastion Group. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all AI World products, tools, chatbots, and services, including but not limited to Adam's Mod and any future tools released under the AI World library.

By accessing or using any AI World tool, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue your use of AI World services immediately.

EchoBastion Group reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of AI World services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

AI World services are available to users of all ages. However, users under the age of 13 must have parental or guardian consent before using any AI World tool. By using AI World, you represent and warrant that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

3. Description of Services

AI World is a growing library of purpose-built artificial intelligence tools, each designed for a specific task, industry, or audience. Services currently include:

  • Adam's Mod — an AI chatbot designed for game modding, capable of generating Minecraft mods, behavior packs, resource packs, scripts, and other game modification files.

  • Additional tools to be released under the AI World library as development continues.

AI World tools are powered by third-party AI infrastructure. EchoBastion Group does not claim ownership of the underlying AI models and makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

4. Free and Paid Plans

AI World tools are free to access at their core. EchoBastion Group offers upgraded paid plans for certain tools that provide additional features, priority access, and enhanced capabilities. Paid plan pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.

EchoBastion Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any free or paid features at any time with or without notice. Users on paid plans will receive advance notice of material changes that affect their subscription.

All payments for paid plans are handled through third-party payment processors. EchoBastion Group does not store payment card information. Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, contact support.

5. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

By using AI World tools, you agree not to use any tool for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Use AI World tools to generate content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, or invasive of another person's privacy.

  • Use AI World tools to create malware, exploits, cheats, or hacks intended to harm other users or game platforms.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or proprietary technology of AI World.

  • Use AI World tools to infringe upon intellectual property rights of any third party, including game developers and publishers.

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from AI World services through automated means without express written permission from EchoBastion Group.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any AI World system, server, or database.

EchoBastion Group reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user who violates these acceptable use standards, with or without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All AI World branding, tool names, designs, interfaces, and documentation are the intellectual property of EchoBastion Group. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any AI World proprietary material without express written permission.

Content generated by AI World tools in response to your prompts is provided to you for your personal or commercial use, subject to these Terms. EchoBastion Group does not claim ownership of user-generated outputs but is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or fitness for purpose.

You retain ownership of any content, prompts, or files you submit to AI World tools. By submitting content, you grant EchoBastion Group a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

AI World tools are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. EchoBastion Group does not warrant that AI World tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the results obtained from use of the tools will be accurate or reliable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EchoBastion Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use AI World tools, even if EchoBastion Group has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

EchoBastion Group's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of AI World shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to EchoBastion Group in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Third-Party Services

AI World tools may rely on third-party services, APIs, and infrastructure to deliver their functionality. EchoBastion Group is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services integrated into AI World tools is governed by those parties' own terms and policies.

9. Termination

EchoBastion Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to any AI World tool at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use AI World tools ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible. EchoBastion Group reserves all legal rights available under applicable law.
